We had a some pretty intense weather conditions during our recent camping trip on Kick. You see, the forecast called for clear sunshine, but Mother Nature had other thoughts. Apparently, she decided to throw a massive rainstorm right in the middle of our adventure!
Our tent quickly turned into a swamp. {Everything was soaked through and through. We made an effort to stay dry, but it was a losing battle. The rain just kept falling.
It wasn't all bad though. There was something different about the whole experience. Our group huddled together in our makeshift shelter, sharing stories and making an effort stay warm.

Well y'all, it's been a busy few days here on the farm! The crops are thriving like crazy, and I'm super excited about all the {freshingredients we're going to have.
I've also been workin'/toiling/hustling hard on {somenew projects that I can't wait to reveal you all about soon! In the meantime, here are a few of {quickhighlights:
* Managed to finishing up the workshop.
* The chickens/goats/cows are laying/producing/giving tons/loads/plenty of eggs/milk/cheese.
* I've been trying out some new recipes using all the fresh ingredients from the farm.

Girl Gone Wild: Rain Campin with Jess
Rain pounded down, turning our campsite into a muddy mess. But that didn't stop Jess! She was pumped to be out here in the wild, braving the elements with a grin on her face. We pitched our tent, which leaked like a wounded animal every time a gust of wind hit it. We huddled inside, sharing stories, the warmth of each other's company combating the chill. Later, we watched the rain drumming on the leaves, listening to the sounds of nature. This wasn't just a camping trip, it was an challenge. A true "Girl Gone Wild" moment!

Farmer girl Jess totally realized it would be a stormy day when she decided to start/kick off/launch her livestream. Truth be told did she know that the heavens themselves were going to open up and soak everything in sight! Jess kept on truckin', proving once again that farm life is never a dull moment.
